Territory Tool

For field sales teams in post-acute care

Your territory, researched — and kept right on its own.

Call lists, maps and referral prep built from public sources. The book fixes its own duplicates and misplaced pins, and asks a person only when a person is involved.

The demo runs on fictional sample data on your device. No email needed.

Territory Tool in demo mode with fictional sample data: the Accounts screen lists home health and nursing accounts, each card showing its HHVBP payment change, who to ask for, why, and Call, Text and Directions buttons.

Figures checked against CMS · NPI Registry · US Census

Nothing on this page invents a figure.

What it does

  1. An account card from the demo: a home health agency with its HHVBP payment change, cost per episode and quality band, who to ask for, why, and the ask.

    Groundwork before the visit

Each card shows who to ask for, the number that matters and the ask, and a call guide prints as a PDF for a route day.

Every account is filled in from public sources — CMS, the NPI registry and the Census geocoder — with the source and date kept on each fact.

  2. Today's glance board from the demo: the number of accounts on the call list, and a line saying nothing is due and nothing is waiting.

    The call list

Open Today and know who to call and why.

The list is ranked, with the reason each account is on it in one plain line; follow-ups land on your calendar as a file you open, and it all works offline.

  3. Territories & the pool

Each account sits where it really is, inside the territory you drew.

Managers assign pool accounts to their reps, coverage gaps show as their own layer, distances read in miles, and your position on the map stays on your device.

  4. The demo's Inbox: Approvals that need a person, and Activity listing what the tool did, such as an import with the accounts added and merged.

    Approvals & control

New people and sign-ins wait for someone to say yes.

Everything the tool can settle itself, it settles — exact duplicates merge and misplaced pins settle — and every change shows in Activity, with an undo.

Also: it installs to your phone's home screen, it can notify this device when something is waiting for your approval — if you turn it on — and it is a layer on top of your CRM, not a replacement: visits, calls and deals stay in the CRM.

Who it's for

Reps

Open Today and know who to call and why. The map, the list and the follow-ups agree with each other.

Territory managers

See your team's books, assign pool accounts, and answer the requests routed to you.

Organizations — or just you

Owners and Org Admins set up territories, people and modules. A rep working alone gets an independent book with the same tools.

Compose your own package

Choose seats, territories, states and modules. The price is worked out by the service and shown here in the open — the same figures your organization sees when it sets up.

Trust & privacy

Each organization on its own

Each organization's data is walled off from every other. A support visit to your organization is logged for its owner.

A person approves every account

Accounts are approved personally — a request grants nothing on its own.

Backups

One file holds every workspace, edit and setting. Deletes and imports can be undone, and a reminder nudges you to back up.

No tracking

Business data only. The tool does not log field activity — calls, visits and deals live in your CRM — and your position on the map stays on your device.
